Made a quick call to get some extra lobe piercings and was able to get in next day at a convenient time. The staff was so helpful and easy to work with. The information emailed and shared in person was super thorough and detailed down to parking information. Alex was fantastic and they walked me through all questions and process with total ease. They were super considerate and it was virtually painless. Couldn’t have been easier and so excited I went. Loved the earring choices as well and appreciated the discounts (check those emails!)

Good experience and everyone was very nice! I just am looking at my earring after the fact and realizing how much of an angle this is at and see that it may be a bit rough healing wise and for future jewelry. This is my second studs piercing and the first one was done very badly. I hope there is something in place to ensure proper training. The person was very nice and my experience was good, I’m just concerned about my piercing health!

I had a great experience at Studs. The store was clean and my appointment was right on time. My piercer, Alex, was super patient with my questions and was super detailed in deciding placement of the jewelry. I hadn’t had a piercing in over 15 years and was nervous but Alex did a great job putting me at ease. My existing piercings from 15 years ago are uneven but Alex made sure my second piercings looked balanced on each ear. The piercing process was much less painful than I could have anticipated too! Happy all around.

I went to Studs today and got a double forward helix piercing. My piercer was Alex and they did such a great job! Alex was so kind and helpful. I got lightheaded after my second pierce and Alex made sure I was safe and provided excellent care. Studs was efficient, very clean, professional, saw me before my appointment time and everyone was friendly.

Very unhappy with my first and last visit to Studs! Many years ago I had a second piercing in my lobe. I have not worn earrings in that piercing for 15-20 years. I mistakenly assumed that that hole had closed up. I decided I wanted to start wearing earrings in a second piercing again. When I went into the room with Alex to get my ear re-pierced, he discovered that the hole had not closed up, so he simply put the earrings that I had just purchased in my ear. When I went to check out, I was charged $138 on for the earrings that I had just purchased and a” jewelry change?” I don’t know how they define jewelry change, but there was no earrings in my ear so nothing needed to be changed out. In the attached picture, the small earrings in my ears were $60 so I was charged $78 for Alex to put them in existing holes! I should have checked to make sure that I was unable to get earrings in the second piercing from years ago, that’s on me. However, I never should’ve been taken advantage of like I was.
